thought my car was fixed, still has a miss. not very happy. funny because i was told they changed plugs after Way Way Overfilling my oil but definitely not ......it is not running like it was before i went in. very upset....
They were suppose to change my brake lights. Passenger side and the one on top of rear window. I was charged for this and this work was not done. My husband fixed it the next day! Is it because I’m a woman or that they just didn’t care about their work? Won’t find out because I won’t go back!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY DID NOT PUT THE OIL FILTER BACK ON MY CAR TIGHTLY AND ALL THE OIL LEAKED OUT AND DAMAGED MY MOTOR. THE MANAGER THERE LEVI WAS VERY REMORSEFUL BUT WHEN HE CONTACTED THE DISTRICT MANAGER RICHARD OWENS, HE SAID IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT AND THEY WILL NOT BE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. First, the tech sprayed oil all over my mother's vehicle and only half-assed cleaned it up. Second, he left a scuff on the passenger side door from the hose. Now, I have to go buy something to get that out. I don't know his name, but I will be contacting management first thing Monday morning. Never again will I bring any vehicle to this location. He was very careless. The price for that kind of service was way to high.
