I had the worst customer service here yesterday after coming here for years. when I first got there, they were all smoking, no biggie. but then the young guy preceded to talk to me like I was stupid. going there for yrs. I always get the same thing. with his mumbling and rudeness, that's what I thought he asked I wanted. nope. he charged me for the most expensive oil change. and for what I paid, they never checked lights or even fill up the windshield fluid. When I went in for an oil change yesterday, I was told I had a transmission leak, a front differential leak, and an oil leak and of course they recommended fixing all this for hundreds of dollars. I said not to do a thing because my friend and neighbor is a mechanic and I’ll have him look at it. My friend looked at my car today and I DO NOT have any leaks of any kind!! I don’t know if they were trying to take advantage of a woman or if they do this to everyone, in any case I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would!!! What an awful place of business with workers and managers that have no sense of customer service! They don't care about anyone else but themselves and their money. Well guess what, we are PEOPLE and if you don't want to work with me, you won't work with me or anyone I know AT ALL!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!
Most thorough oil change I've had in years. This was my first Valvoline oil change and I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
Had an oil change here right before a trip. Noticed an oil spot immediately under the car and went right back. Technician said it was a faulty oil filter and claimed he took care of it. Problem was solved but it was a stripped drain bolt that they did replace (although he lied about it), but did not add adequate oil after it was replaced. Car was a quart low when they were finished. Keep a close eye on these dudes.!
Went to have my oil changed because the oil light came on yesterday. I just had it changed on Dec 22 before we drove to Florida the next day. It was my last warranty oil change on my almost 2 year old Honda. Any way, when the manager checked my oil life, it came up to 80% good. The new manager there introduced himself, told me I really didn't need a change, checked the oil level and quality and sent me on my way, nary a penny. I WILL be back and urge this of you in the area; check out the SERVICE offered at this store!
15 minutes before anyone even opened the hood. The another 22 minutes before it was finished.
