Came to this location on Monday for an oil change and I genuinely couldn’t say enough good things about this team. Knowledgeable employees and genuinely the nicest group of guys. Somehow my oil cap must not have been replaced or screwed on tight enough the previous time the oil was changed. I’d had no idea because I hadn’t popped the trunk in a while; needless to say, when the guys opened it, it was horrible. I stopped in for an oil change, specifically asking for a synthetic blend. The so-called "manager" — who had brownish facial hair and tattoos on his face and neck — told me the only option for my vehicle was full synthetic. He refused to give me his name, which was already a red flag. When I told him I only wanted the synthetic blend, he basically brushed me off and said it wasn’t an option.
