All the guys were on it today when I took my car into get an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone had great customer service! Top notch today!
I was disappointed with my experience today. When I arrived, Bay 1 had only two vehicles ahead of me, and I was next in line for service. However, I was instructed to back up and move so that a customer who had been waiting in Bay 2 could be serviced before me. I understand that there may be operational reasons for directing traffic, but no explanation was provided, and the situation felt unfair and frustrating after I had already waited my turn.
