I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for a while because they used to do a great job, but this visit was a huge disappointment. Customer service has gone downhill badly. When I pulled up, no one greeted me, and the crew actually complained when they saw my car. I genuinely felt like I wasn’t wanted there at all. On top of that, the service itself was sloppy.
