RecommendedI found everyone there nice and knowledgeable. They are professional and no one judged me for allowing my oil to get down to 15% (it's the holidays... I'm in retail!) They checked things no one ever had and I never felt they were condescending. Reasonable prices and quick. Excellent experience. (And I was actually there yesterday afternoon but just posted this morning!)
I had gone to a different Valvoline to get my headlights changed and the workers there were unable to get the lightbulb out. I had a long drive home so I figured I’d drive past another Valvoline. So on the way I stopped at this Valvoline on Bethel and they were able to get the job done. They were so friendly and apologetic even though it wasn’t their mistake they gave me half off one of my lights. The staff was very friendly. Its RARE that I write reviews but I just had to. Thanks again!!
They talk down to you like you are a 4th grader...took 3 cars in yesterday...one was a 1971 Chevelle im rebuilding...made it sound like im a loser for having a car that leaks oil...duhhhhh its 46 years old...they wanted 79.99 for 2 filters on the 04 impala ss...no thanks got it at Napa for about 12 bucks and installed in 10 mins..they rape ya...
They change oil and filter, check air pressure, top of fluids, and do light check. Make vehicle maintenance so much easier. Friendly staff!
