It is always something with this Valvoline location about a month ago. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get my oil changed got up there and they did not have the proper oil today. I sat there for over an hour waiting to get my oil changed pull in and they tell me before they scan anything or do anything They do not have the proper oil filter. This is for a 2024 Chevy truck not some foreign car so it seems very unacceptable
Never coming back again. I took my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and could tell early on when the training tech tightened the oil filter housing that something was not done right. Service advisor kept telling me it was protocol to recheck the gaskets (lol). I kept hearing something stripping so stepped out and saw they had cross threaded the plastic filter housing and could not get it off. When they started using metal pliers on a plastic housing I asked them to stop and tow it to the dealership. Ended up needing the enti... read more
