Went for an oil change in March and everything went well. Friendly service and answered any questions. Well now it’s time for another oil change and I found that the drain plug was put back cross threaded which cause the head of the bolt to be sheered off when removed with hand tools only. Talked with Mike “Regional Manager” and he said it not their fault and it’s a wear issue and refused to listen. Cross threading is an error on the technician and not a wear issue. RecommendedI noticed a small oil leak after my last change and took it in. It turned out to be a normal wear and tear issue. They replaced my oil plug and redid the oil change for no charge! I have had consistently exceptional service over the last year

They advertise hours however they don't open on time. Employee sitting outside looking at people waiting for them to open after posted opening hour has passed.
Slowest oil change ever. Watched three people in the line beside me pull in , get oil changed and leave! My service alone took almost 25 minutes. Apparently the person in bay 1 was more experienced so choose your line carefully if you go!
I made a return visit today and it was again, a good experience. Special shout out to Lewis who worked on my car. And, Happy International Women's Day to your two female associates who were changing the oil on the car in the bay next to mine! If for no other reason than that, I will be back!
I am here now for the first time and Logan, the manager, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes this process easy and quick. He actually gets his hands dirty with his employees. He explains everything gives you options and makes you feel very informed. Cameron is a amazing addition as well. Was fast and accurate.
