Went in for an oil change, the young man dropped three screws from my air filter box. They said nothing and we’re going to let us drive off. We asked for the screws to be found they apologized and started looking, we are still missing one screw after they lied about finding it twice and tried to send us on our way. This fun exchange ended with them (Xavier) yelling at us and kicking us out of the store with threats to call the police.
