We are from out of town and we needed an oil change for our car. We were taken care of right away, the staff was so friendly yet professional. They listened to me as I explained a few things and they were very polite. I would recommend this place for anyone needing an oil change
I just had my oil changed today and the girl told me they couldn't fill my tires with air because the valve stem was corroded. I knew that was not true as I had just topped off my tires a few weeks ago and all was good. Well I go to check it out tonight and the girl cracked the valve stem when she leaned on it, AGAIN!. It's cracked not corroded through. This is the 2nd time that this has happened here. The first time it cost me 2 hours at the tire store and Valvoline paid for it. Who is paying this time?
