Went to get my oil changed and after waiting in line for 15 minutes I was pulled into the bay to be then told they are no longer allowed to do my type of oil filter. Last I checked valvoline is an oil change place and if you don't feel your technicians can do a filter on a Saturn then maybe you should not be in business.
I've been a customer of Valvoline for many years and this last time was awful. I was offered a product that didn't need to be replaced (air filter) a few weeks ago- knowing the man knew it didn't need changed. I told him it was fine and he then agreed it was clean. Why sell me something you know doesn't need replaced!? I also was never told what my oil level was, tire pressure, or anything that was refilled like washer fluid.
