Took the online survey as well because I myself am a customer service employee and I really appreciate the genuine kindness of the employees at this location. Had issues with my air conditioning after getting a new filter so I brought my car back in to have it doubled checked - while the part ended up being something that wasn't in any way connected to the filter, I truly appreciate the time and the willingness of the employees and the manager to explain to me what was wrong and how to fix it. First time there today. They took excellent care of my vehicle and there were no high pressure tactics to insist on things I didn't need. They didn't pressure me about the cabin or air fllters, and they were very helpful. The CSR was very friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone. Will definitely be coming back!
