I went to get a oil change and filter for my car. within 12 hours my car was not drivable. the mechanic said they put bad oil im my car witch is now causing a engine knock. my car now needs new lifters. I now had to rent a car until I can get my car fixed.

Will not be returning to this store. Took our car in for an oil change and discovered a large leak in our driveway, took it to our own mechanic because I had no clue what it was, and he was closer. Turns out they stripped the oil pan plug badly, and tried to put another bolt in it, my mechanic made me aware of this, I told them to fix it, they said unfortunately they couldn’t use a helicoil on it, and replaced my whole pan, I had them do it because we have been using them for years, and I didn’t trust Valvoline’s deceptive p... read more
