Today my husband took his van in for an oil change. The lady broke the dipstick. The compensation? They deducted the cost of a new dipstick. What was suppose to be a quick oil change ended up leading to more time and running around. We have been loyal customers for years- this experience likely changed that.
Came by yesterday evening as they were closing up shop, not to worry though, Brandon told me to come by today!
