Just changed my oil at home for the first time since I bought my truck 3 years ago. For the past two years I’ve had to have my oil changes every 4-6 weeks due to Milege for work. I always get charged for oil and filter but today I found that they actually put the date in the oil filter and my filter hadn’t been changed for two oil changes. Incorrectly entered my Groupon and overcharged me. When I noticed and protested the "manager" arrogantly tried to tell me I didn't understand state sales tax. A quick math quiz revealed it was he who didn't understand. Regardless, they refused to adjust the overcharge and I had to call corporate when I got home to get the adjustment. Even corporate handled it poorly as they didn't offer any additional compensation for treating me poorly and wasting so much of my time.
