Do NOT get your oil change here. I had an oil change performed here slightly over a month ago. A week or two later, the skid plate under my car fell off while I was driving. I had two different technicians assess my vehicle after the fact and both agreed that the cause was that it’d been inadequately attached after the oil change. The store manager at this Valvoline, Jesus, was incredibly accommodating to this issue when I brought it up. However, the regional manager blamed the damage on me and refused to help.
