Worst experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change. There were cars piling up and leaving because of how long the wait was. The staff didn’t have any clue what the other was doing. They were asking each customer what was preformed on their car. They were very inexperienced and did not understand what was going on. My car was “scanned in” 4 times and I was asked multiple times the same questions. Worst experience ever!!! I will never come back !!
Kevin is extremely professional and runs a “tight ship”. Luis and Victor (The whole team) were quick to check if I needed anything or had any questions. The level of service here is fantastic and I will absolutely be coming back for my next oil change.
