My 18-year-old son just moved here for school. He needed an oil change and they scammed him into believing he needed all these other services on his new car. He had only driven 5k miles in it, but they insisted he needed his tires rotation, a new air filter, clean gas, and some other services. The total came up to $500 when it should’ve been only $100 for the full synthetic oil change.
Best oil change experience! It is a single bay garage, so only one car at a time and I was 2nd in line. Someone greeted me and told me an approximate wait time which was accurate! I pulled in and was helped with an oil change and they informed me about my transmission fluid in need of a change as well - they explained why, etc. and I did end up getting the transmission fluid changed based on their recommendation. They were all really nice and the service was quick and efficient. I’ll be back for sure!
Did a wonderful job! Was kind and educational. I felt horrible because there is zero AC and it was 100 plus degrees in there and no one should have to work in those conditions. It would be really nice to see such hard workers have the company get this taken care of.
Way too hot and no air flow through garage. The staff was great!
