If I could I would do 0 stars. They think I’m stupid and have no clue what an oil leak looks like, I literally watched the oil dripping off the oil pan drain plug two weeks after I got my oil changed went on. Vacation had a massive puddle in my driveway and the guy literally told me that there’s no leak. They even pretended to do a pressure test. Just left there without getting my vehicle's oil changed. They were charging outrageous prices and telling me my vehicle only takes full synthetic. Fortunately I know exactly how much oil is needed and I have always been asked whether I wanted full synthetic or synthetic blend. I went down to Jiffy Lube a block away and was able to get it for way less, they even asked full synthetic or synthetic blend. It was so much less I did end up doing full synthetic.
