Rolando, the manager, needs a refresher on facts Came in for a routine synthetic oil change on my 2024 Subaru Forester. Rolando — the manager, no less — doubled down claiming that synthetic oil changes are recommended every 3,000 miles “per factory spec.” That’s just flat-out wrong and shows a lack of professionalism or an attempt to upsell unnecessary services. Before yesterday, 6/27, I would have given this location 5 stars - but as of today, I will give it 2. The measure of integrity, leadership, and trustworthiness is not how a business behaves when things go right, but when they go wrong. Aldair, Mario, Alex, and Aaron are awesome! They were very thorough, and got my oil change in less than half hour! These guys are amazing how they work together! Second oil change, will be coming back again.
Sonny and Mario took care of me from start to finish. Helpful, polite, honest and efficient... I will definitely be going back for more services as needed.
