Brought truck in to check oil level at this location about 6 weeks after they changed the oil. A new employee with little experience took out the dip stick and spent approximately 15 minutes slamming it back in to try and read the oil level. I was concerned that she was going to cause damage and requested she get help. Another new employee did the same thing.
