Waiting for a call back from the area sup after other half "failed" to tell them a plate was on "too tight", to suggest they NOT remove it. Instead, they stripped out ALL but ONE bolt - charged him full price and sent him on his way. Guess basic training and communication is not this store's strong suit. Manager extremely belittling to women, or maybe I'm just the special one. Negative stars for what this has done to my blood pressure. Never even ASKED what I thought might be a decent compensation/resolution, instead stated ... read more
