Jason, Jacob and Rueben were so helpful! They were funny, entertaining, and made the process quick and simple. I love coming to this location and will continue to come back. They don’t pressure me into something I don’t want and if I have questions, they are helpful in making sure I understand their answers. This is a fantastic location with even better employees.
I came here to get an oil change because there was a Groupon deal. I began to have issues with my truck. The check engine light came on. The codes said there were multiple misfires. My dad and I looked it over. Turns out they switched my spark plug wires which caused them to fire in the wrong order. I assume they wanted me to come back so they can "fix" what they broke to get more money. I also looked at the outside of the oil filter. I won’t be going back there. The employees were arguing and cussing at each other while working on my car. Extremely unprofessional. And $65 for an oil change seems a bit steep to me.
quoted me a price one day and the next morning wouldn't honor the price. terrible customer service. won't be coming back.
