I used to recommend Valvoline. But when I changed my oil filter I found out that they never changed my filter. I've been driving around with the same filter for years. I feel robbed.

I had decided to get the recommended radiator and transmission fluid change on a busy Saturday morning. They did the fluid exchange and noticed that my radiator was leaking after the service.
