have gone to plenty of other Valvoline locations in the past and have never had this much of a problem with wait times. Waited 35 minutes to get close to the bay, get asked what I was there for, told them an oil change, then waited another 20 minutes to move it all to the front of the garage. After using my entire lunch, break to wait in line, with two more cars still in front of me and no update on progress, I had to leave. A complete waste of my time.
They helped me out a lot but they took forever.
Untrained staff long wait times and then I leave lane after one hour and twenty five minute with out change oil zero rating
Excessive Wait Times... I pulled in at 1:45pm, and I left at 3:10pm without ever getting close to the bay. One person came out after about 30 minutes of waiting to see what I was there for. Nothing else after that. Many, many cars left after a lengthy wait, with no engagement from the staff, or any updates on how much longer it might be. Certainly won't be going back here.
