I went to Valvoline for an oil change and was disappointed with my experience. It took a long time before anyone got to my vehicle, and once they did, I felt like I was being rushed through the process. I had several questions about my car, but instead of taking the time to answer them, I felt like my questions were being pushed to the side so they could hurry up and finish. Quick service, clean environment and friendly people
Jay and Alex are both incredibly hard workers and super friendly and honest!! Especially JAY!!! Work ethic is not always a thing these days… and my experience on a holiday Sunday at the sunset hills valvoline was exceptional!! I will be back
I got there at 7:50 and expected to be waiting for about 10 minutes since they open at 8. I had work at 9:30, and I wanted to get this done beforehand, knowing I had plenty of time. Around 8, one of the workers comes over and says no one decided to show up to work today. She said it would be another 10 minutes wait before her manager showed up.
