She walked my mother through what would happen and went out of her way to make her feel welcome and comfortable. We have never met a more kind and helpful person! Went to get an oil change & have one of my bulbs changed. 1st the girl was very rude & condescending from the beginning. Asked her to check the lights because I knew one was out, first she said neither were out & then both & could be wit get issue. Once car was done, I pulled up & like I told her, one was out! Very rude & I won’t go back if she’s working! Needs to work on her customer service!

I brought my new (to me) Prius in this morning for its first oil change. I recently made the switch from an SUV. Chad was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining the ins and outs of my new car for me. I was in line before they opened (exactly on time) and was in and out in a more than reasonable amount of time. I was extremely satisfied with my service and feel more than comfortable continuing to bring my business here.
MUCH better experience here than at Jiffy Lube. Friendly and respectful employees, fast service, reasonable pricing.
I have been going here for about three years now. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a problem with the service done here.
