Sit in your car instead of the lobby, drive youself into the bay - not quite straight, wait in the car while work is done, then have to BACK out while they tell you to straighten your wheels or you'm go into the pit... I can't believe their insurance company allows this. I won't be using their services again. My car will be serviced where employees take care of the service and the customers drink complimentar coffee and snack on popcorn. I would give Elmsford NO stars if it were an option.
I was a manager with the company for years! Nick Nichols will make money at all cost the customer will get robbed! I am Shawn McKee facebook me before you go there!
