I went to get a simple oil change, they tried to sell me everything under the sun, put my air filter back in wrong, my car stalled in an intersection, I went back where they put it back in without apologies, and my car doesn't run the same since.
I just had the WORST customer service experience here and what's even worse when I called to complain to the manager HE was very rude, offensive and unkind. I was shocked this was the manager. They were dishonest and than unwilling to right their wrong. Unbelievable. I will never use any valvoline instant oil change again. I hope I can spread the word.
I was recommended to get hi mileage synthetic oil w/5,000 mile use and an air filter. Dude wrote down 3k on my reminder sticker and lost 2 clips for my air filter intake.
I was late to work today because this location decided to open at 8:30am instead of the posted hour of 8:00am. My husband arrived at 8:00am and had to wait 30 minutes for them to open. I asked if he received a discount and he said no. I'm annoyed at my husband for not insisting on a discount and disappointed with Valvoline for not offering.
good service Did a fine job checking air pressure and all of the fluids keeping me up-to-date on maintenance
