THEY DAMAGED MY CAR! I brought my car in for an oil change and they damaged my oil pan because they over-torqued the oil plug. They even documented the damage on the invoice, but when I filed a complaint and presented the evidence, Valvoline denied my claim. They didn’t even contact me to tell me they denied it. Seemed like all new employees. They had trouble getting the oil plug back in and asked me to rev to 3000 RPM to make sure it stayed? Never filled the tires like I asked. Calculated the oil change sticker wrong. Overall felt like a hot mess. Don't recommend.

I got charged $40 for a cabin air filter. It is a $8 part. I am not coming back. I was a good customer for serval years.
I just visited this location (or any Valvoline location that is), for the first time today. My experience was wonderful. Tj and Kevin were the ones to help me, and they did a fantastic job. Everything was explained to me in detail (which I need when it comes to cars) as far as what was being done and my options. These two were kind and professional, and left me wanting to tell everyone I know to frequent this location when they need work done on their car. I will definitely be returning when the time comes again.
With only two men working the Sunday afternoon rush, they let me know right away about the slight wait and worked efficiently on my car (and many others in line before and after me), still making it a very quick oil change. They did the work of several men and did it well. And with a coupon it was even better. I recommend!
