Lazy employees and terrible service.
Stay away. Aside from the greasy boot print left on my carpet, while changing the air filter (probably not needed), they failed to tighten the fresh air line to the valve cover. This caused service engine light to come on. They were clueless and suggested I take it elsewhere to get error codes. Light went off and came back on during a 750 mile trip. Got home and took it to the Cadillac dealership where they found the problem. Their oil change etc cost $196 and I paid $25 to get the grease footprint cleaned, and $92 to dealer... read more

Getting oil changed.. they brought me my air filter and says.. it may look dirty.. but its actually fine.. and said as long as you can see through it.. dont let anyone tell yoy that you need a new one.. its actually working well! Wait a minute .. I though oil places wanted to get you for your money??!! Mike, philip and the staff here are working as a team and I see constant communication.. they must like their jobs!!
