The personal have no idea about changing differential fluids. Their supervisor and their boss that refused to name himself o the phone, had no clue that many differentials have NO drain plug. After getting underneath with the technician and his boss on the phone, had to explain them that the aftermarket diff cover has a refill plug. Then the technician said there is no oil in your differential, because nothing is coming through the suction hose. But the tip was all in oil. I stopped in for an oil change this morning on my way out of town and it was probably the quickest oil change I've had...ever!
Not truthful. Asked if they checked my transmission fluid, employee responds with "perfect". 2 days later my mechanic looks at my car, he says my transmission fluid looks black. Way to look out for your customer. Way to be a place who you can't trust. And to your employee, way to allow yourself to be stereotyped and way to be another statistic. You want to see change and how people are treated, give people a reason to change their opinions. Poor Zero Star rating.
Huge shoutout to Tyshawn at the Edinburgh VROC! Freezing cold at Holiday gas station tonight in BP/ my tire was super low and saw their air was out of order. Bummed out, Tyshawn saw my disappointment and invited me to go to Valvoline 2 doors down and said they would do it for free. I had no idea! Drove over and they let me right in/ they checked my other gauges and noticed I was due for an oil change. He invited me back tomorrow for an oil change at a reduced "1st time customer" rate.
