Awful they put a fuel filter on my car. fuel line came out at work leaked gas all over the place about $40 worth of gas. Had to fix their mistake myself. Call them they said they installed it properly makes no sense to me
I've always had good experience at Valvoline locations. I moved about 6 months ago from NY, the location up there always had friendly and helpful staff. But I must say, this location really outdoes itself. Friendly, helpful, FUN staff... both times quicker than I've ever gotten an oil change anywhere else. Thanks.

The team at Valvoline on Pelham Rd is the best!!! They truly care about their customers and treat them like family!! They do great work and make the whole chore of vehicle maintenance a great experience. I drive for a living and maintaining my van is a frequent occurrence.
