My first time going and sorry I haven't been before! The customer service was outstanding! They explained what they were doing - even showed the oil level post oil change to show it was full! Oil change and tire rotation in less than 30mins - greatness and I didn't spend my time at the Toyota dealership getting this done and I didn't have to get out of the car! The crew worked well together! Great experience!
Shout out to Herbert, Andre and the crew at Valvoline Instant Oil change on Duke Street near Foxchase. I evidently ran over something today that pierced my oil filter. They replaced it Halloween night @ 6:30 pm at NO CHARGE! Please use them for oil change needs!!! Herbert and the acting manager were in Alexandria from their usual home base in Manassas and Manassas Park. These guys are top notch at customer service!
Great service. Great attitude. Great pricing. Definitely will use them again.
