Came in for an oil change on my Jeep. Simple job, but it took 3-4 technicians to figure out how to pop the hood — even after I told them there's no interior release, the latch is in the middle of the hood itself. Ended up standing around for several extra minutes while they worked it out. How many mechanics does it take to open a hood? Apparently more than a few at this location. Service itself was fine once they got under the hood, but might be worth a quick refresher on newer Jeep models so future customers aren't waiting ... read more

I’ve come to this location twice but I have been using Valvolines services for years. They are always quick and efficient, very very nice as well. I was working with Ty today and he did an amazing job of explaining exactly what was going on, what was needed, without trying to push me into any extra services. 10/10!!!
