RUN as far as you can. June 2024 my car had a coolant leak and our usual repair guy was out with a health issue to I took it to Valvoline. They call back and say I need a new radiator so $2,800 later I get my car back and on the drive home my AC stops working. I turn right around and take my car back. It’s there for two days when they say it’s fixed. AC once again stops working on the way home so I go back and leave my car for several more days. The service advisor was courteous and friendly I do feel like I wasn't a priority to the techs however, there was a vehicle who arrived after me in the next bay. Their oil was drained, filled, and confirmed 5min before my service was completed

Pulled up for an oil change. I was told my daytime light was out and that it would be $16.00. They pull the light out and the price for the light changed to $59.99!
