Derrick and the crew have always taken care of each of my cars. Thats why i will always take all 3 of my cars back to them no matter what they charge for an oil change. They are professional, courteous and always take care of me and my cars.
Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service. I really don't enjoy arguing with an employee about the type of oil my vehical takes. When I tell him I'm going to check my manual he becomes agitated. Telling me I have to sign a waiver and that I've "Been Warned" I've had the oil changed on my new vehical at the dealership it was purchased from in the last six months and know that it does not take full synthetic motor oil.
