Why do blatant crooks still exist? – I owned a auto repair store for 24 years in San Diego, sold it and am now retired in Santa Monica. I went to EZ Lube on Lincoln and despite my 24 years in the industry, I am certain I have never encountered an oil change shop as sleazy as these morons. Trying to upsell from the word "hello" with false information is definitely their mission in life.
