I don’t go to have my oil changed and then have to figure out how to reset the indicator. That’s a no brainier. I drive away after waiting 40 minutes and the oil light is still on. Like I am supposed to look at that light for 4K miles. So instead of getting good service I have to figure out how to reset it myself. Do your job or learn your job.
