Ok there was a little wait as I arrived early in the am. However Carlos was very courteous and professional and upbeat. I purchased a full synthetic oil change and I was informed my car needed a transmission oil change and radiator flush. They did not pressure me like jiffy lube does and for that I will go back to valvoline.
