Asked me if I wanted to change my trans fluid. I said no. Apparently the guy figured I’d say yes so he already had my pan off. Come to find out he put it back on with the old gasket and silicone sealer that leaked fluid till my transmission started slipping. Stay away

They took our car back to change the oil before I could tell them I did not have the two hours to wait...then they not only blocked my car in with two other vehicles, whose owners were not on the premises, the mechanic that took my car back went to lunch with my keys in his pocket. Terrible way to do business.
Great Service, very fast and efficient. You pull in and stay in your car. They check your vehicle and inform you of any bulbs or minor maintenance needed. I have to admit this facility is my only go to place for oil changes.
Absolutely the quickest and friendliest oil change I have ever had!
I pulled up at exactly 6pm and these guys took care of us! The oil light came on driving home from work and we were turned away from a competitor minutes before (they were open, but refused service!). By the time we got to Valvoline, they were shutting the doors. The guys didn't hesitate to get my oil change done despite being closed. Customer for life here!
