I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.I GOT MY Oil CHANGED ON SUNDAY AND NOT EVEN 24HOURS LATER MY CAR BROKE DOWN. NOW I NEED A New ENGINE AND I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO REPLACE YOUR MISTAKE. VALVOLINE NEEDS TO BY ME A NEW ENGINE.

I went for an oil change on Christmas Eve and was extremely disappointed. The technician, Scott, who was working on my car referred to the customers waiting outside as "f-ing retards" not five feet from me. His coworkers actually apologized for his behavior. I have been to Valvoline several times and am disgusted that an employee would refer to his customers in that way, especially in front of another customer. Makes me wonder what's been said about me. I won't be returning to Valvoline
