I went to get my oil changed at valvoline on Poplar in Collierville. I was getting my oil changed on my 2012 Traverse. The man servicing me told me that GM has mandated that all GM vehicles ,to be dexos compliant, must have an oil change with full synthetic oil. at 109.00 for the service. This is a lie, I just left working for a GM dealership in town 5 months ago. they still run a 29.95 oil change. This is a scam to make you pay more. Do not fall for it. They're always fast, friendly, and professional. They are a great group who are very nice! I've used them for almost 2 years!
Service was a little slow but on a Saturday I cannot complain about waiting in line
Ralph, Willie, and Undre at the Collierville store really went above and beyond to keep my car running well. They vacuumed, cleaned my windows, and checked my battery function even though I came in for an oil change. Great attitudes too! Can't ask for more than that
Worst ever. $200 synthetic diesel oil change and caught them putting conventional oil in my truck. Will NEVER go back. DO NOT trust them. The worst part is the manager is the one that did it. John Tackett. @valvolineinstantoil
