I recently gave a unfavorable review after a wasted trip for charging my a/c when no one available knew how to do it. The next day I came home to a very apologetic voice mail from the manager asking me to come back and she would take take of it personally and took $20 off my bill. I went back and she did as she promised and made me a happy customer again. Thank you!
