I went in to have an oil change and my transmission fluid stopped off. on the previous monday my truck blew a transmission line and was nearly empty, it holds 11.2 quarts. I changed the line and came in for service. after 45 mins they hadn't even got the skid plate off and said it was problem, mind I had just taken it off and put it back with a socket and iers while laying in the grass. I told them to nevermind and just top off the tranny fluid, he does and told me it was about one half quart low. seriously? I lost that much... read more

After purchasing a Groupon for a synthetic blend (39.50), was made out o be an idiot when I needed to buy the synthetic (49.50). When I asked if I could just pay the $10 difference or refund my original Groupon and buy the correct one I was told no, they don’t fix anything with Groupon and I had to pay another $40 on top of the 39.50 Groupon originally purchased. Today I had my oil and air filter changed at Valvoline. After a 20 minute wait the tech Josh began asking me the proper questions and one question to note is what I would like my tires filled to. I told them 32 which was the correct tire pressure for my Hyundai Accent. When they began to do the air filter change Josh didn’t know how to properly remove the glove box to get to the filter.
