they r quick, they get u n & out. and they r very respectful and clean
all of the people who work there are so nice. once they started my oil change it only took 15 minutes. they were very thorough. the guy who rang me out even told me a joke before I left. this place is great!
They take FOREVER! First time trying Valvoline and my last. I will be going back to Jiffy Lube. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.
It's very rare I give a perfect 5 star rating. Almost never actually. These guys were good though. Despite the agonizing heat, they got my wife's car in and out in under 10 minutes. I used to work for one of their competitors, and I can honestly say I'd go back. They even notified me about two lights that were out that I knew nothing about. Great job, guys. You now have a return customer all the way from South St. Louis!
0 out of 5 stars. My wife had been taking out SUV there for changes. They stripped the oil pan drain plug. We noticed oil on garage floor and took to dealer. They put an oversize plug in and it wouldn't seal. $236 repair later and they wouldn't not reimburse us or take responsibility. They're own paperwork said they installed oversize plug. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
"Instant oil change" was an hour, guy got oil all over my front fenders and hood. When i asked for a towel to wipe it off the one guy was very nice about it and apologized while the guy who did it threw his hands up in the air and said SORRRYYY. When I said I didn't want a new filter the guy got mad and walked off and threw the one he had on the ground. Work on your customer service skills guys. You work in SALES.
