Have come here multiple times for oil change but will not be back. They did not put my under guard back on correctly so it got damaged and per my auto shop(not associated with my dealer) it is their fault and they should be held liable. When I went to have it corrected they claimed I did it and that with my oil change being several weeks ago it’s not their fault. Do not come here!! I’m now out more $ due to their negligence
I got talked into getting a new a/c filter when I got my oil changed. When I turned my car back on, my a/c was making a noise. They brushed it off and said it was probably a leaf stuck in there, and it would go away. If it didn't go away, I could vacuum inside the area when I got home. They said they didn't have a vacuum to do it there. The noise never went away. The next day, I tried to vacuum it out, but didn't have a vacuum that would fit in the space.
