I got talked into getting a new a/c filter when I got my oil changed. When I turned my car back on, my a/c was making a noise. They brushed it off and said it was probably a leaf stuck in there, and it would go away. If it didn't go away, I could vacuum inside the area when I got home. They said they didn't have a vacuum to do it there. The noise never went away. The next day, I tried to vacuum it out, but didn't have a vacuum that would fit in the space. Guys are slow. The women that work here or use to work here, are faster than these "men".
Team members should be upfront about what cars they are familiar with servicing and not mislead the customers to believe that they are competent to service all cars and have the proper tools. They should value the customers' time and money as well as their own. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of confidence, I am going to go to the dealership to ensure that the car was assembled back properly and to get the oil light reset, since they had issues with everything pertaining to changing the oil.
Chris, Alex, and Greg were great! Great customer service!
The guys were friendly and efficient. I've been going to this location for many years and this was the best experience I've had.
