I was in line stuck behind a pickup that was getting multiple services. The other line moved 3 addition vehicles through in the time I was waiting. Izzy was very apologetic. They took care of my oil change and gave me a discount coupon for the next service as well. There was no over-selling (which happens at many quick change locations!). Once I was in, it was quick and efficient. Thank you for taking care of a repeat customer!
Been going ther for years and first time bad servious
I had no idea that Valvoline had purchased Oil Can Henry’s. I went in yesterday to get a SIMPLE oil change that normally cost $30. It cost me $60 yesterday. That’s more then what the Kia dealership would have charged me. Even though the staff was nice, I won’t go back there. I’m on a budget and that budget doesn’t include $60 oil changes.
