Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. You just took over my oil change place and closed the waiting area and forced me to to drive into the Bay and wait in my car while they did the oil change. Worst customer service ever!!!!! It was dirty and disgusting and my car is rocking back and forth. For what reason??? So you can save money on air conditioning? Never will I come back.

BAD NEIGHBORS! At least once a month their alarm goes off. Very irresponsible. I wouldn't let them near my car!
