The staff were polite, but I was not happy that they used top-side oil extraction rather than draining the oil through the plug. No one explained the method beforehand or gave me a choice. Had they asked, I would have requested the drain-plug method or declined service.
The staff was very polite and respectful. They did a great job.
Great service, only complaint is that I paid for new headlights but unfortunately they still don’t work. Also didn’t get a receipt, I should’ve asked so that’s on me.
