Valvoline Oil Change, Tate’s Creek Center, Hobbs, Amaris and Will, treated my truck with purpose, professionalism and politeness. My crew was informative, yet didn’t try to convince me that I needed additional services. They got my air conditioner working!! Woohoo! Great service!
The technician failed to screw in the skid plate after changing my oil. As a result, the skid plate was dragged under my vehicle and destroyed.
Nate, Chris, and Joe went above and beyond—even ran to AutoZone to get the right filter. They were fast, friendly, and truly represented Valvoline well. Highly recommend!
