I was in a pinch because I had to leave town and my Oil light came on. I stopped at one store and they didn’t have what I needed and got sent To the Tates Creek store. They’re getting ready to shut down and they still took me even though they were under staffed. Zach was super awesome and never once acted like I was an imposition. He actually made a crummy situation turned out to be a fabulous experience. He made it very personable and totally rocked the experience. I am very grateful.
