They failed to completely reattach my skid plate after an oil change, which then got damaged when I drove. After waiting in line all over again, I was told it was actually missing part of the skid plate when I first came in and that they "fixed" it with a zip tie.
They are the best they treat your car with professional care.
Had my oil changed at Valvoline. No problem until they was putting the plug back in. Said it was striped had to use a bigger plug now I have an oil leak said I would need a new oil pan . Funny it was not leaking oil before I had it changed .Expensive oil change going too cost 240.00 too fix.
