$97 for an oil change is outrageous!!! I’ve been going to this location for 5 years and all of a sudden there has been a HUGE increase in the price... soooo I will never be going back

Yesterday while getting an oil change in Manlius , I explained to Joshua that the Fayetteville branch put on a wrong size drivers side wiper. He measured and yes it was 4 inches shorter. The assistant manager gave the okay to fix the issue without having to return to Fayetteville. THANK YOU! They are fast, courteous and know what they are doing. service sucks. oil changes result in damage. manager kalisha is a dumb twat. Terrible customer service at this location. do not take any vehicle here or you may end up with a thousand dollars in damage and have to deal with an idiot to fix it.
I've gone there since I moved here.
Went there for the first time two days ago. In an out in 20 minutes, the usual upcharge on filters, wipers, fuel treatment, etc. (don't - much cheaper to do this on your own). Wanted a state inspection, was told that their printers were down. Wanted a receipt for service - same response. Was told a receipt would be e-mailed to me. It was not. Called today to ask again for a receipt - still no receipt. Good service, very bad follow-through/
Their oil changes are ok but despite hanging employment signs for months a young man I know can't even get an interview. Stopped in (twice) and asked why and was told by the manager "I'll find out and call you." Never happened. I may drive to the one in Fayetteville now. I'd encourage you to do the same.
