Corporate Valvoline didn't want to pay for the damage on my wife's car... after leaving their shop and gathering speed on the highway, the hood popped open and actually hit the windshield and roof - major damage to car... they claim that the hood latch malfunctioned between the time after leaving their shop and the incident. have used this place many times. were very thorough. now they suck. said they changed my oil, will have my mechanic check. didn't check anything else. employees seemed to be annoyed that I was there. I don't like my job either, but I gotta eat. jiffy lube is cheaper snd better.
