If you want an oil change, they’ll get it done. However you’ll need to endure unprofessional conversations between the men that are in the pit and beside your window. Rather than asking for someone’s help with the computer system the gentleman that was assisting me constantly said it wasn’t working and it was a “stupid” system. I have been going here for a few years now and they always provide the best possible service. They are very thorough and take the time to explain things and go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with any service you receive. They checked out a couple extras like tires and battery and gave recommendations on both. No pressure whatsoever. Everyone there is really great to deal with.
Went in today because my car kept jerking while idling and I needed an oil change. Joe greeted me and was very friendly and professional and confident that what he was telling me would fix my car. He was right! I was so impressed and grateful that I didn't have to go to the dealership to get my car looked at. My fault for not taking my car sooner, but no judgement from Joe- he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great shop and great service!!!!
