Got a Groupon and went there for the first time today. I was told “sorry you can’t use that for 24 hrs, it’s in the small print”. I refunded it, deleted the app and drove 300 ft to Monroe Muffler. I won’t be going back to Valvoline. Why do they even bother spending money on advertising? A corporate policy like this rings alarm bells for me.

Fast oil changes. However, two times they said I had a transmission leak but both times I took it to someone else and I got to see under the car- there WAS NO LEAK!!! Liars and scammed me for 20 bucks to slow a leak when there wasn’t one! Don’t go to them ever!!!
Would give 0 stars if possible. Completely destroyed my vehicle.
